Programs Designed To Fit Your School

Our programs are designed to be flexible, capable of addressing the direct needs of your students while fitting into your regular school day. 

  • Program goals can be wide or targeted in nature.
  • Focus and attention, social emotional skills and impulse control are some of our primary focal points.
  • Available formats include short class room visits, hour long after school programs and teachers workshops.
  • Programs are available for 3rd grade through high school. 
  • We use games, food, martial arts, meditation, discussion and even role play in our classes. Each class is written with the particular needs and interests of the students involved.
