Personal Instruction

Mindfulness training is a lot like going to the gym for your brain. Exercises are designed to heighten focus and presence of mind while decreasing anxiety, stress and distraction. 

Working with you one on one gives the instructor the ability to get to know you and design exercises catered to your individual needs and goals. Personal instruction is a lot like having a personal trainer for your mind.
