Sati Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops

Sati workshops cover a wide variety of topics and practices: from fierce compassion to gentle bravery, empathy building, sensory meditation and traditional meditation practices. Sati workshops are designed to help us get in touch with our most present, fundamental and genuine nature.

By coming into contact with our most authentic selves, we are able to access deep power, compassion and focus. All wrapped up in our current experience there is an honest and loving courage waiting to be found.
