The Joyful Mind: Developing A Cognitive Bias For Joy

Cognitive bias largely defines the way we experience our daily lives. Our personal cognitive bias can dramatically affect our outlook, changing the way we view and interact with our world.

The experiences we put our attention on most regularly and fully become easily ingrained in our mental landscape. By learning to focus our awareness on the most positive and pleasurable aspects of our daily lives, we can begin to develop a cognitive bias for joy.

This workshop will focus on positive psychology and mindfulness techniques that can be used to heighten and expand our experience of joy on a daily basis. The techniques taught are designed to be easily integrated into daily life and can have a dramatic effect on the way we process our experiences.
